now a "Permanent Child Car Seat Checking Station"! If you
need to have the installation of your current car seat checked,
or need help with installing a new car seat, please call ORFD
Station 15 at 336-643-3783 to schedule an appointment.
Oak Ridge Fire Department is excited about offering this
service to the residents of Oak Ridge and the surrounding
communities, especially since statistics show that over 90%
of all child car seats are installed improperly. If you have any
concerns at all about your child seat installation, please set up
an appointment to have it checked today!
