Minimum of 18 years of age at the time of your application, or 15 years of age for the Explorers program

Current residency within our primary response district (Or within One Mile)

Possession of a valid NC driver’s license and a clean criminal record.

Able to pass a standard medical physical and functional fitness test.

Committed to weekly department training and active call response.
